The smaller stance is ideal for those with smaller shops, and it disassembles for easy transport to turning shows or other events. 014 Lathe, 1 HP, 115V Plug it into a standard 115V outlet (15 amp circuit recommended), and get 230V of output through the inverter in the motor. The inverter also works to maintain consistent torque when in use. The magnetic control box with digital readout can be located anywhere on the lathe for ease of use. The included stand allows the height of the lathe to adjust to the right fi t for the turner. The centerline to fl oor distance can be adjusted from 34" to 46" for maximum control and comfort. For outboard turning, slide the tailstock off and slide the headstock to the end of the machine. An optional 13" bed extension is available (item 172525).
